            Native Homes is dedicated to building unique homes and pools of utmost quality.  The company’s success is founded in the practiced principles of owner, Sean Wulff, a state certified residential contractor and commercial pool contractor, who personally oversees the construction of each Native home and pool.  Sean is a native Central Floridian who has been building homes and pools for over 36 years.  He brings to projects a well-developed formula for building consistently distinctive homes and pools, while making the process an enjoyable one for his clients.

 

            Dedicated to buyers’ expectations, Native Homes and its team of designers and craftsmen are committed to the personal attention of each homeowner.  Many of these professionals have been working with Sean for as long as he has been building homes.  The consistently high quality of their work and materials are a vital part of the lasting value of a Native home.  Sean’s long-time relationship with these individuals enables him to meticulously orchestrate the efficient production of each Native home and pool.

Sensitive to the southern clime, innovative pool environments are integral to each Native design, created as extensions of the home.  Sean’s extensive background in custom pool design and construction manifests pools designed and built as architectural statements, an acknowledgement of the reality that custom pools are viewed as often as they are used.

 

            Sean’s primary goal is giving Native Home’s clients a building experience in which the clients’ visions are the focal point during the construction of their home.  “I am a hands-on builder.  I believe in working closely with the homeowner from the design phase, through the construction phase, to well after the move-in day, to ensure a Quality home and complete satisfaction, where the highest of standards are evident in every phase of the building process.”
